We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt, if, for any reason we are unable to do so we advise you by e-mail stating the reason and/or the expected
dispatch date. In the event of not hearing from you we will dispatch at the earliest possible date.
You may cancel the order at any time before dispatch.
We normally dispatch by first class registered post. Carriage is free within the UK.
Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be usually be sent out on Monday.
All goods should arrive in first class condition within 7 days. If they do not please contact us and we will arrange an immediate replacement to be sent.
If you are unhappy with your order in any way whatsoever, please return them to us within 7 days [except earrings], unused, in their original condition and wrapping for full refund including the cost of return postage.
