SHOPPING
CART TUTORIAL

- Search the product categories ( Rings, Earrings, Pendants etc. ) at
the left-hand side of the screen.
- The list of subcategories appear on the screen.
- Select the subcategory you are interested in.
- The products appear with code, images, description, and boxes to
enter quantities.
- Input required quantities besides the relevant sizes.
- In this manner input all the quantities for the products you need in
the page.
- After you finish for the item Click the ADD TO CART link.
- Keep shopping till you feel enough. Click the VIEW CART link
to see the details of you current shopping.
- If you wish to do more shopping kindly click the Continue Shopping
button, and you shall come back to the products page from where you
went to shopping cart. Now you can select any other categories or subcategories
and continue shopping.
- You can click the SUBMIT ORDER link which takes you to the
login page. If you are already registered with silvergemjewellery.com, Kindly
input your username and password. Then a summary of your order is
displayed for your confirmation. To send the order click the CONFIRM
YES button.
- If you are not registered with silvergemjewellery.com, Kindly register at the
earliest. REGISTRATION IS IMPORTANT.
You will not be able to SUBMIT ORDERS unless you register.

TRACK
ORDER TUTORIAL

- TRACK ORDER option if for you to see the details/status of
previously submitted orders.
- Click the TRACK ORDER link appearing at the top part of the
site.
- A screen shall appear asking for username and password.
- Input your username and password.
- A screen shall appear showing a list of your previous orders with
the current status.
- You can click the DETAILS link besides the orders in the list
to see details of the relevant order.
- Click the ORDER LIST link to return back to the order list
main screen.
- You can select the ORDER STATUS from the list on the top of the
order list screen to see order list of orders with specific order
status. e.g. You can select "completed" in the ORDER STATUS
list and then click the SHOW button to see orders only with
"completed" status.
- If you need to change your password click the CHANGE PASSWORD
link on the orders list page.
- We suggest you to change your password periodically, so that your
account remains safe from misuse.
